Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Order confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. Travozia LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including inventory or payment issues. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within one to two business days. We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders and delivery generally takes three to seven business days after processing. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Items may be returned within thirty days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging. To start a return, customers must contact support@travozia.com. Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and all activity under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
